Specifying the general settings

ProxyChain's general settings allow you to specify a connection time-out for the proxy servers you're using. Also, if your ISP or your Internet connection settings require you to use proxy to connect to the Internet, ProxyChain allows you to specify the proxy information in the general settings. You can also control the live update options to obtain up-to-date proxy lists upon application startup, or be notified when there is a program update.
